What to include

• Your booking reference (the confirmation number shown in the chat or in your confirmation e-mail)
• The hotel and dates
• What you expected and what happened
• Never send card numbers by e-mail — payments happen only on the one-time payment page.

Common questions

• Was I charged? A refundable rate is a card guarantee: nothing is charged at booking. Prepaid or deposit rates say so on the payment page before you tick the terms.
• Cancelling: ask the assistant to cancel the booking; it shows the cancellation terms first. If it cannot, e-mail us with the reference.
• Benefits: the partner benefits shown on a rate are confirmed by the hotel at booking; upgrades and early/late times depend on availability on the day.
• Children: a stay with children is booked for the adults on a cancellable rate; the advisor confirms the children with the hotel and gets back to you.
